The position of Delivery Manager at Flowbox involves overseeing project deliveries, ensuring effective collaboration between teams, and maintaining client satisfaction. The role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience in project management.
About the Delivery manager:
Purpose of the role
- To manage a team of solution architects and subject matter experts.
- To help to bring a technologically advanced solution to the market.
Main responsibilities
- Coordination and ownership of the delivery projects
- Management of the delivery team (project management)
- Optimization of purchasing and sourcing
- Financial evaluation of delivery projects & budget ownership
- Close cooperation with the Sales Team
- Development and management of strategic partnership network to scale delivery
- Sharing best practices with the rest of the team
- Close cooperation with the Engineering team to continuously improve the product
About you
Education
- University degree in a technical field
Experience
- At least 3 years of experience on similar management role
- Proven track record in partnership development and management
- Previous experience in project management
- Experience in delivery of SW Products is preferable
Knowledge
- The following would be advantage:
- Fundamental knowledge of standard communication protocols
- Fundamental knowledge and understanding of IP networks
- Fundamental knowledge of the LINUX OS
- Previous experience in energy and/or real estate sectors
- Driver license class B
- English min on B2 proficiency level
- Czech on native proficiency level
