About the Back Office Manager Role
Purpose of role:
- To ensure the smooth running of our office.
- Administrative support for the team.
Main responsibilities
- Support the executive team
- Ordering office supplies, refreshments, etc.
- Care of office space, meeting rooms and kitchen
- Purchase, evidence and maintenance of office equipment and small assets
- Car fleet management
- Organization of business trips, accommodation, flights and other services
- Managing company correspondence (letters, e-mail inboxes)
- Basic accounting support
- Support in organizing company events
- Meeting support (receiving visitors, refreshments, meeting room preparation)
About You
Education
- High school graduation certificate required
Experience
- Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage
Knowledge
- PC user skills (MS O365)
- Driver license class B
- Czech on native proficiency level
- Communicative knowledge of English
Skills
- Great communication and organizational skills

- Task oriented and well-organized person
- Ability to work independently and in a team
