About the Back Office Manager Role

Purpose of role:

  • To ensure the smooth running of our office.
  • Administrative support for the team.

Main responsibilities

  • Support the executive team
  • Ordering office supplies, refreshments, etc.
  • Care of office space, meeting rooms and kitchen
  • Purchase, evidence and maintenance of office equipment and small assets
  • Car fleet management
  • Organization of business trips, accommodation, flights and other services
  • Managing company correspondence (letters, e-mail inboxes)
  • Basic accounting support
  • Support in organizing company events
  • Meeting support (receiving visitors, refreshments, meeting room preparation)
About You

Education

  • High school graduation certificate required

Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage

Knowledge

  • PC user skills (MS O365)
  • Driver license class B
  • Czech on native proficiency level
  • Communicative knowledge of English
