We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Development Manager to join our team to help us develop business opportunities and drive our brand forward in various sectors such as manufacturing, real estate, public and B2B sales.

  • Lead qualification
  • Cold calling
  • Preparing simple business proposals and communicating with clients
  • Working with the sales team to identify new opportunities
  • Collaborating in the organization of events such as webinars, conferences, etc.

What do we expect from you?

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships
  • Knowledge of working with social media - especially Linkedin
  • A proactive approach and a willingness to learn new things
  • If you have basic sales or marketing experience, you're on the right track
  • A basic understanding of the energy industry is an advantage
  • Czech at a native speaker level, English at a communicative level
  • Experience in cold calling or sales is an advantage, not a requirement
