Who are we seeking for?
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to drive the development and growth of our international partner network for selling our cutting-edge Energy Management and Optimization System (EMOS). As the Director of International Partner Network, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with key partners, including resellers, distributors, aggregators, and technology providers, to expand market presence and drive revenue growth globally.
Key Responsibilities of Director of International Partner Network
1. Partner Strategy & Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global partner strategy aligned with company goals.
- Identify, onboard, and nurture strategic partnerships across key markets, ensuring a robust partner ecosystem.
- Negotiate and establish mutually beneficial agreements with partners.
2. Partner Management:
- Build strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring alignment on goals and mutual growth.
- Develop and implement partner enablement programs, including training, marketing support, and resources.
- Monitor partner performance, providing regular feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement.
3. Sales & Market Expansion:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design go-to-market strategies that leverage partner networks.
- Drive revenue growth by empowering partners to effectively promote and sell EMOS solutions.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the partner network in underrepresented regions.
4. Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead a team of partner managers and regional representatives to support the network.
- Work cross-functionally with product development, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless partner integration.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on partner network performance and strategic initiatives.
5. Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with all regional laws, regulations, and partner agreements.
- Create and deliver performance reports, dashboards, and KPIs for measuring partner success.
About your Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in channel management, partner development, or business development, preferably in energy management or related industries.
- Proven track record of building and scaling international partner networks.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of energy management systems, automation, and renewable energy solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and partner management software.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
